Demei 2740 Acrylic Sleeving is produced by coating a fiberglass braid with modified acrylic resin. It has reliable anti-thermal aging property, good dielectric strength & flexibility and is resistant to chemical solvents & oils. Accepted tests show that no visible coating detachment or crack is observed after soaking the product in transformer oil at 105±2°C for 24 hours, and no visible detachment or clamminess is observed after soaking the product in liquid methylbenzene at room temperature for four hours.

Demei 2740 Acrylic Sleeving is used for insulation in motors, dry and oil-filled transformers, generators, home appliances, lighting fixtures, instrument circuits and many other apparatus working at a temperature below 155°C.
