DC1624E Double-Layer Cage Expanding Control Valve

The basic types of DC1624D / E double-layer Cage control valve is straight through valve body, balance valve core and cage-guide control valve, which are widely used in very harsh working conditions. The fluid is mainly controlled by the cage of special drilling, which provides full stroke continuous guidance for the valve core. The unique small hole of the double-layer sleeve is designed as a multi-stage pressure reducing channel, which effectively controls the flow rate and pressure distribution in the fluid channel. Especially for incompressible fluid, it can effectively solve the problems of cavitation and noise caused by high pressure difference.

Except for double-layer cage, other parts can be interchanged with DC1624 series control valve.
