Cossil Smart is specially designed to provide excellent hair conditioning properties such as wet and dry combing, shine and softness. It has uniform deposition, maximum penetration and optimum performance. It is ideal for clear hair care formulations.
It does not contain alkylphenol ethoxylate (APE) emulsifiers.
In hair care products amodimethicone emulsions give improved substantivity and deposition compared to standard dimethicone and dimethiconol products.
