We are looking for new buyers so as not to have all our eggs in one basket.

We primarily deal with iron ore, chrome and copper cathodes

LME -19 - DAP Bolloré bonded warehouse Lumbubashi
LME -17 - DAP Ndola
LME -15 FOB DAR
LMR -13 FOB Durban

ORIGIN : Zambia / Democratic Republic Of Congo
QUALITY : Per specification attached
TOTAL QUANTITY : Five Hundred and Six Thousand (576 000) M.T.
TARGET MONTHLY DELIVERY : Twenty Five Thousand (25 000) M.T.
DURATION : Twenty-Four (24) months with Rolls & Extensions
MONTH ONE - THREE : Two Thousand (2 000) M.T.
MONTH FOUR - EIGHT : Six Thousand (6 000) M.T.
MONTH NINE to Twenty-four
OPTION
: Twelve Thousand (12 000) M.T.
: Seller might give option on additional 12 000 mt from
month 13; Additional supplies to be confirmed by
month 9;
PAYMENT Irrevocable, Documentary, Transferable, Divisible, Revolving
Letter of Credit, issued by Buyer's top 25 World Bank,
covering the cost of one month shipment.
PERFORMANCE GUARANTEE 2% against the LC (Letter of Credit) ALREADY IN PLACE

and Quality

1) Seller issues FCO
2) Draft Contract issued, amended and final Contract Agreed and signed Payment instrument
3) Payment instrument issued
4) Delivery
