The price for 1 ton of copper is equal to the average price of Grade A copper published in Metal Bulletin for the three business days preceding the opening date of the letter of credit, minus the 8% discount. Payment under a letter of credit is made against the submission of the Steinweg warehouse certificate (issued to the Buyer) to the executing (confirming) bank.
