-Payment term: Irrevocable, Non Transferable, Non Divisible, Non Operative, Confirmed DLC/LC (MT700) after positive SGS/CIQ inspection at buyer’s port.

-Performance Bond (PB): 2% provided by the seller against MT700.

-Quantity: up to 20,000 MT per month.

-Minimum contract length: 12 months, extendable to a max of 36 months.
