PROCEDURE:

1. Seller send draft contract to Buyer to fill in signed and resend to Seller in PDF file within three (3)working days from the day Seller send the contract.

2. Buyer send ICPO and CIS to the Seller.

3. Once the SPA is fully signed from both parties, Buyer’s Bank sends RWA/POF (Ready Willing & Able or Proof Of Funds) to Seller’s bank.

4. Seller issues Video and Pictures in Buyer’s Name as Proof of Product.

5. Seller will issue Proforma invoice to be signed by the Buyer.

6. Within Five (5) banking days, Buyer issues 100% Fully Funded, Non-Operative, Irrevocable, Unconditional, Divisible, Assignable, and Confirmed LC MT700.

7. Seller Financier bank immediately issues operative Performance Bond (PB) 2% by SWIFT and this PB makes Buyer’s LC operative. The PB shall be in the format that is acceptable to Seller Financier bank

8. The Seller’s Financier bank shall send to the Buyer’s bank a complete set of shipping documents for confirmation and verification.
