Conveyor skirt sealing system is mainly used for the sealing between the conveyor belt and transfer chute as well as the sealing between the impact bed and transfer chute.

Each meter of the rubber skirt board is equipped with two clamps and 1m aluminum alloy angle.

The rubber skirt boards are divided into 4 categories:

1. Double Layer Composite Rubber Skirt Board SXBMD-B-Y/DY

Double-layer design, with the inner layer separating the conveyed materials and the outer layer isolating dust.The part in contact with the belt and materials is made of polyurethane, which can effectively prevent material from spilling, the external dust-proof side can always maintain an appropriate pressure with the belt to achieve dust suppression effect as the conveyor vibrates, prolonged the service life of the skirting.

2. Heavy Duty Double Layer Composite Rubber Skirt Board SXBMD-B-YZ

The heavy duty double-layer rubber skirt board with thickened board and lip is a double sealing system, effectively prevented materials from overflow, ensured the efficient sealing effect without too much maintenance. The first seal is fixed by the clamp, and the second seal with the function of automatic adjustment is laid out to provide an effective dust proof sealing system for the overflow material.

3. Pure Rubber Conveyor Rubber Skirt Board SXBMD-B-C

The double layer design is same as double layer composite rubber skirt board, adopted EPDM materials with superior resistance to ozone, heat, weather and aging. i can withstand high temperature with 150-200'c, the continuous service temperature can achieve 150℃.

4. Single Layer Composite Rubber Skirt Board SXBMD-B-T/H

The T-type and H-type single layer composite rubber skirt board is vulcanized by polyurethane and natural rubber. The polyurethane part in contact with the belt has the properties of high elasticity and high wear resistance, effectively prevented material from spilling.
