The Compact Sieve is a type of screening equipment used in coarse particle applications, with two horizontal vibration motors forming a 90-degree angles connecting through a stainless steel shaft, which can reduce the eccentricity generated by the vibration motors to cancel the forces each other out to ensure the balance and stability of the sifter.

According to the characteristics of the material, the trajectory of the material on the screen tumbler can be adjusted in various patterns to adapt to different materials. This check vibrating sifter is suitable for large capacity and rough screening, and can be easily integrated into the production line in actual operation. For example, flour, starch, additives, chemical products, metal powder, non-mineral materials, sugar powder, seasonings and milk powder, etc. Usually the size is available to be selected from 800mm-1800mm.

How Compact Sifter Works

The material enters the screening machine through the central feed port, where vibration motors at both ends generate excitation forces. These forces create an elliptical trajectory that efficiently breaks up, reorganizes, and separates materials on the mesh surface. For optimal separation of fine powders, many operations incorporate a high-performance round separator to enhance this process. The elliptical motion enables materials to pass through quickly while maintaining precise particle separation, completing the screening process with maximum efficiency and minimal clogging.
