INSPECTION: Buyer and seller agree to request one international inspection Company to do a sampling of the material, packing, stuffing, and sealing of the container, thereby issuing an assay report. Examples of those companies can be; Alex Stewart International, AHK, SGS, Cunningham Lindsey International, etc. The process must be conducted in the presence of both parties i.e Seller and Buyer or their representatives. All logistics costs, local charges applicable, and shipping charges must be shared by both parties i.e Seller and Buyer.
