A) Commodity: Coltan/ Tantalite/ Nobium (Ta/Nb)
B) Existing Quantity: 60 tons
C) Availability : Immediate
D) Form : Raw unrefined
E) Purity: 30-38% Average 34%.
F) Remaining purity: As per Chemical analysis.
G) Provenance: Fully Documented Provenance and export documentation to be issued.
H) Additional Quantity: 50 tons per month for the first 3 months, 80-100 tons per month thereafter.
I) Indexing & pricing : The price that shall be paid will be based on Purity , Quantity to be bought, if one trade or a monthly delivery, place of delivery and method of payment. The amount paid will be proportionate as per the SGS & Laboratory report ( exact purity and quantity).
K) Packaging: In sealed Drums with average weight of 900 to 950 kg each. Drums to be sealed in presence of SGS.
L) Inspection: SGS or Bureau Veritas and Accredited agreed Laboratory.
M) Discount: To be agreed based on quantity, frequency, method of paymet and place of delivery
