Indonesia is a country with extraordinary agricultural products, one of which is coconut. However, the potential of the coconut leaf stalks has not been fully utilized by the community by letting it become trash or only a small part is used as a broom stick. The purpose of introducing this product is as a community service, especially to increase the income of women workers and as a new job / business for them. The methods used in this community service are counseling, education and training as well as practices that aim to improve the capabilities and skills of the coconut plantation worker partner groups in utilizing the coconut leaf stick. The coconut stick used is selected coconut stick, which is taken from old coconut stems so that the stick produced is a strong coconut stick and the maximum length is made. The stick should be at least 80 cm long, strong, and shiny yellow in color.
