Picks are the direct cutting tools of coal mining machines and road headers. The working conditions are very bad. They are affected by the friction and impact of coal seams or rocks during use. 1, Our wear-resistant picks are significantly improved. The advanced plasma cladding strengthening technology is used to cladding a layer of high-hardness cermet on the head of the pick. The cermet layer has the characteristics of high hardness, good toughness, wear resistance and impact resistance. It protects the head of the pick and tooth body, reduces the wear speed of the head tooth body, makes the tooth body and the alloy head wear synchronously, and achieves the best fit.
2, Our Mining Picks are significantly improved on flexural performance. According to the broken position and bending condition of the pick during use, with advanced analysis software ANSYS, the computer simulation analysis of the force failure of the pick was carried out, and based on the analysis results, a unique heat treatment process and other production processes were developed. The overall bending resistance of the tooth body and the surface strength of the tooth shank have been greatly improved, and a better performance of the pick is guaranteed.
3, "No sparks" during use. Common picks will generate a lot of sparks during use, especially during rock cutting, which will bring great safety hazards to coal mine production.
