CMI Render is an environmental friendly, high quality polymer modified cement/sand render for application on blockwalls, brickwalls and concrete substrates at internal general area. It is specifically recommended for use as a fine textured sponge finishing for external walls and ceiling to provide an aesthetically pleasant and level wall surface.

CMI Render require key coats or a layer of primer for application onto external wall or smooth concrete surfaces. It is certified Green Label by Singapore Environmental Council. CMI Render is available in thin, medium and thick application.

USES:

Thin render for application onto blockwalls, brickwall and concrete substrates. Can also be used for levelling and patching works for internal and external application. Do not use on painted surfaces.
