Q3: Can you do OEM or ODM?

A: Of course. We are obligated to sign Non-Disclosure Agreement to protect your works. Our responsibility is to assist you create or develop a salable product, that's meaningful.

Q4: What's your lead time on sample(s) and mass produced order?

A: Generally 5-10 days on customized sample(s) order, 30 days for one full container order.

Q5: What's your quality guarantee?

A: We offer lifetime support on all of our products, such as maintenance, repair (if required), and so on. 12 months warranty on any defective items.

Q6: Do you accept sample order? Possible to be free?

A: Yes, we do sample order, we do 0 - 1. Trust me, free thing is always the most expensive, we do nothing free, however, we are not going to charge you 2-3 times of the cost, and we are able to cut the sample cost on your mass production.

Q7: Can we change the fabric/leather color and wood finish?

A: Definitely, that's important. You can send us color swatch or code, or from our present swatches.

Q8: What's your terms of trade? Is it able to mix my other cargo?

A: Basically FOB Guangzhou or Shenzhen as the closest port, customer need to cover the sort of additional expense on LCL cargo.
