为了提高输送倾角，防止物料下滑，可将输送带覆盖胶设计为带有花纹图案。花纹输送带可以分为浅花纹输送带和花纹输送带。浅花纹输送带：花纹深度10mm以下，输送倾角20°～30°深花纹输送带：花纹深度10mm以上，输送倾角30°～45°花纹图案形式可分为人字形、坑型、菱型、凸人字型等。花纹图案样式可依用户要求设计。
