Technical Principle of Ammonia-free Denitration Kiln Tail
Sintering System
1 High-strength reduction denitration of decomposing furnace
HJ ammonia-free denitration kiln tail sintering system is free of
air separation and coal separation process. On the one hand, NOx
is reduced and extruded during combustion process. On the other
hand, the decomposition rate and temperature of the materials fed
into the kiln can be increased without crusting thus to develop
high-strength reduction combustion control technology of
decomposing furnace.
Optimized control of coal used at kiln head and taill
The ammonia-free denitration kiln tail sintering system adjusts
the appropriate head and tail coal consumption ratio by
appropriately reducing the coal consumption at the kiln head; in
addition to reducing the coal consumption at the kiln head, the
coal consumption will be decreased while ensuring normal
calcination in the kiln; while increasing the coal consumption
ratio of decomposing furnace, ensure no oversintering and no
crusting at the preheater decomposing furnace thus to enhance
calcination.
