1. INTRODUCTION                                                            

Permanent Magnetic Lifter has strong magnetic path produced by NdFeB magnetic materials.The magnetic switch is controlled by rotating the handle. Rotate the handle to the”ON” position so that it can hold the loads.

The lifters carry a “useable” holding value, which you will find stated on the lifter. The value is obtained by pulling a new lifter in a vertical motion off a smoothly, thick steel. This type of test is conducted under what we term “ideal conditions”. The weight of pull which takes to break the lifter away from the steel surface is the “maximum” holding value. That’s the “pull-off strength” on our QUALITY INSTRCTIONS. Rated values are then determined by taking this maximum value. This rated value is what we refer to as the “useable” value of the lifter.

DO NOT lift objects that weigh more than the stated lifter value, due to the fact that ideal conditions rarely exist in the field. The steel you want to hold may have scale, rust, dirt, or coating on its surface, or it’s not thick enough. Any of these conditions will cause lower values for your lifter.

2. SAFETY MEASURES

DO NOTexceed a lifter’s stated capacity.

DO NOToperate a lifter that has missing or damaged parts..

DO NOTstand under a lifted load or stand on the lifted load.

DO NOTlift a load over other people.

DO NOTattempt to engage the lifter without it being completely in contact with the intend load.

DO NOT hoist the load before locking the handle in the “ON” position or making sure the release handle is not interfering with the load.

DO NOTlift a flexible or bended load.

DO NOTplace the lifter directly onto a grounded floor. Use a non-conductive spacer..

DO NOT leave suspended loads unattended.

DO NOTdisengage the lifter before firmly setting down the load on the floor.

DO NOTexceed the extreme temperature-OPERATING TEMPERATURES ,No lower than -10°F(-23℃) and no higher than 180°F(82℃).

DO NOTweld in close proximity to the lifter or use the lifter as a part of the ground circuit during a welding operation.

ALWAYSprotect pole surface from rust after use by treating some oil. Ensure oil is clean before use.

ALWAYS ensure the pole area and surface of the load is clean and free of dirt, debris and rust.

ALWAYSkeep the lifter in a dry environment.

ALWAYSuse the entire lift pole surface.
