Carbide Burr :

These are rotary cutting tools driven high speed grinder mostly Air Powered. These tools have sharp cutting edges / Teeth / Flutes on its periphery in order to remove metal at a comparatively higher metal removal rate compared similar type of Abrasive Wheels used for the purpose.
