The cycloid pinwheel reducer is a novel transmission mechanism based on the principle of low-tooth-difference planetary gear transmission and cycloid pinwheel meshing, referenced by JB/T2982. It is widely used in the driving and reduction devices in various fields such as textile printing and dyeing, light industry food, metallurgy and mining, petrochemicals, lifting transportation, and engineering machinery.
1.High speed ratio and high efficiency: With single-stage transmission, a reduction ratio of 1:87 can be achieved, with efficiency above 90%. If multi-stage transmission is adopted, the reduction ratio can be even greater.
2.Compact structure and small volume: By employing the planetary transmission principle, the input shaft and output shaft are on the same axis, resulting in a compact structure and small volume.
