The Box Opening Pressure Tester has been designed to measure the opening force of flat stacked carton boxes. The Box Opening Pressure Tester is used for the development and quality control of cartons during production, therefor speeding up production set-up time.

This motorized test stand is a highly configurable single-column force tester for tension and compression measurement applications up to 300 lbF (1.5kN). It has a rugged design suitable for laboratory and production environments. With generous travel, clearance, and depth dimensions, a wide range of tests can be performed, including break testing, cycling, limit testing to a load or distance, load-holding, elongation testing, tensile testing, compression testing and more.

Force and travel data can be output to a PC for graphing and analysis using MESUR™ gauge software or fully control the stand by a PC through custom-written program.
