We use the high pressure water or solvent exactly aimed for each nozzles holes, which makes the nozzle to be cleaned for sure.
For KC700, customer normally use IPA as solvent, and for our latest version BNC8000, this unit use with DI water and even includes heating elements to warm-up the water up to 50C to help better cleaning precess, and dry automatically the nozzle with air blowing.
