Ethiopia black cumin Nigella (Kalonji) is traditionally used in Ethiopian cuisine and this particular home-grown variety is more intense in taste and flavour than it's Indian cousin, and more preferable for oilseed production as it contains more oil content when pressed and has more potent nutrients as i has more moisture, less fatty acids, more iron, sodium, calcium, and potassium.
We source Ethiopia black cumin from the heart of the Southern Nations, Nationalities and Peoples region,as well as Shewa. and due to the highland nature of our location & climate factors of the Ethiopian Highlands our seeds have this special properties.
