Iii. Construction technology
1. According to the width of the pavement crack, the
specifications of the tape used are
usually 3cm, 4cm, 5cm and 8cm.
2. The cracks shall be cleaned without large protrusions,
depressions, loose stones, oil
stains or grease.
3. Keep the surface of cracks clean and dry, and it is
recommended to fill cracks with
width or depth greater than 1cm;4
4. Remove the isolation paper on the back of the adhesive tape
and stick the tape on the
road flat with the crack as the center line. In case of irregular
cracks, according to the
direction of the crack tracking paste, no need to use a paper
knife or scissors to cut the
tape.
5. During the construction of the adhesive tape, it is advisable
to tread lightly on the
surface of the adhesive tape with flat shoes to strengthen the
adhesive strength between
the adhesive tape and the original road surface.
6. Traffic can be opened after the construction of adhesive tape
is completed.
