1. Introduction 

 Shotcrete process is to make use of the compressed air to  convey the precast concrete through delivery hose to the nozzle to project the material onto the sprayed surface with high velocity, and then to form concrete support layer after the projected material coagulates and hardens. It has the advantage that simple technology can achieve special effect, can effectively reduce costs and enhance economic efficiency,  it exhibits higher flexibility and simplicity and high construction efficiency.
