Ingredient Source:	Rehydrated dried bamboo shoots are made from premium fresh bamboo shoots from the Xiaotaokengtou Mountain bamboo forest, located at an altitude of over 1,000 meters. This area, far from industrial pollution and blessed with a superior natural environment, produces bamboo shoots that are thick, densely packed, golden in color, and crispy.
High Raw Material Consumption Ratio:	Rehydrated dried bamboo shoots require a high raw material consumption, requiring 20 kilograms of fresh bamboo shoots per kilogram. This concentrates the essence of fresh bamboo shoots and enriches their nutrition.
Production Process:	Unique rehydration technology: Utilizing advanced rehydration technology, the dried bamboo shoots are rehydrated to restore their original tender texture, while preserving their unique flavor and nutrients. After softening, shredding, slicing, and cutting into strips, the dried bamboo shoots are then processed through advanced technologies such as steam rehydration, acid removal, secondary lactic acid fermentation, vacuum packaging, and anaerobic heat sterilization. The secondary lactic acid fermentation technology has been awarded a national invention patent. The entire production process requires no preservatives, ensuring product hygiene and safety.
