Standard Accesories:

- Centrifugal Fan

It is a first class equipment in accordance with the standards, operate silently complete with direct coupled or belt-pulley driven motor and without vibration. Fan power and energy consumption vary on the filter model.

- Pulse Valve and Air Cylinder

Pulse valves are made of die-cast aluminum body and are 1½” in size. They operate at 24V DC standard voltage. The air cylinder, on the other hand, is suitable for pressure vessel technique and is large enough to store enough air in the two-explosion interval.

- Fan Control Panel

It is made of hard plastic materials with time-controlled control, magnetic thermal switch, contactor, motor protection relay, direct current transformer, working-fault lamps to provide fan and pulse controls.

- Solenoid driver with Differential Pressure Control

Thanks to a differential pressurestat that will detect the pressure difference at the filtering inlet and outlet, it saves compressed air consumption by keeping the pulse blasting interval long while the filters are clean. In case of contamination of the filters, it warns for timely replacement without clogging.

- Air Lock

It is an element made of cast body, external bearing bearing, motor and reducer group, which ensures that the filtered dust is discharged continuously from the unit in case the dust density in the polluted air entering the filter is high.

Optional Accesories:

- Pilot Box

It is used to prevent the pulse coils from being affected by harsh environmental conditions in the external environment

- Blast Cover

Stainless steel explosion cover for explosive dusts, specially selected according to the application.

- Big-Bag Holder

The dusts discharged from the bunker by means of the Air Lock must be collected in a certain container.
Big-Bag Holders are designed to hang big bags on the Filter unit in the most convenient way

- Compressed Air Regulator

It ensures that the compressed air coming from the compressor is transmitted to the air cylinder at the correct pressure and dry. In this way, the filter cleaning pressure is kept under control, and the filters are prevented from being damaged due to non-dry and very high pressure air.

- Screw / Conveyor System

It is used to transport the waste by-product from the filter to the desired point without creating dust.
