Lead Time

• It depends on products. If the product you want is in stock, usually it will take 3 days

• IQC checked material before entering warehouse

• 24-48hrs continuous aging testing

Warranty 

• 12 months quality warranty
• If there is any quality problem of POS within 12 months after you receive package, our tech support will help you to find out the problem and send you the spare part for free to replace it. Also, we will teach you how to replace it by video. No need to pay the spare part and shipping fee. No need to send the broken spare parts back to us

1. Q: What kind of OS system we are using? Do you have English Version OS?

    A: No operating system included. But we will install Chinese Version WinXP (Crack Version) or Win7 to test the machine. If you have English version operating system, please send it to us, we will install for you or we will teach you how to install.
2. Q: Can I change CPU to what I want?
    A: Our CPU is Intel Atom D525 Dual Core 1.8GHz. We don’t suggest to change CPU, because our company is pos terminal manufacturer. After 15 years experience serving in pos system industry, industrial motherboard D525 is perfectly working in our pos terminal.
3. Q: What’s the Minimum Order Quantity?
    A: We don’t have MOQ. If you order 1 set of our products, we will ship it via China Post.
4. Q: What’s the delivery time?
    A: It depends on your order quantity. We will test each of our products before we ship it. For example, each pos terminal will be tested at least 6 hrs before we ship the cargo.
5. Q: What’s the warranty?
    A: Product Quality warranty: 1 year. Accessories Warranty: 3 months. Any quality problem with our products within 1 year, we will resend you a brand new one product. But above is only limited in our products’ quality problem.
