T1 Laminationg Productiong Line:

Using a dedicated precision hot melt glue machine, professionally used for flat sheet veneer, multi-layer sheet bonding.

PUR laminating with PP, PVE, PET PETG films, and other decorative sheets.Suitable for the production of high-gloss veneer panels, the bonding of cabinets and furniture door panels, honeycomb panels and foam panels, etc.

Six core technologies:

1) No bubbles. Upgrade the gluing system, the squeegee is as smooth and delicate as a mirror;

2) No paricles. Double-sided dust removal, static removal, plate dust collection, membrane dust collection. Four dust collection systems effectively solve the problem of board surface dust;

3) No wave pattern. Combining the principles of mechanics to optimize the tension and structure of the membrane. the veneer has no wavy lines and is as smooth as a mirror;

4) Thinner film. Breakthrough the industry bottleneck, transparent high-gloss film(PET)veneer. As thin as 18 filaments, lower cost;

5) Visualization. Glue amount/daily output/monthly output,etc., the production data is clever. Equipment maintenance, running status, montoring at any time;

6) Information exchange. An intelligent, system, compatible with MES and other production systems. From cutting to finished products, unmanned production is realized, and all information isterconnected.
