High speed liquid filler

No drip: The dosing nozzles are of anti-drip design to prevent products from dripping during filling gaps.

Hygine: All metals parts contacting with products of this filling machine are made of 316 stainless steel and all seals are food grade.

Flexibility: To fill in a different size of bottle, input volume of the new bottle into the PLC system through the touching screen and save the recipe, all done within minutes. Fifty recipes can be stored at most.

Accuracy: Pneumatic valves equipped inside are able to function within 0.01 second and guarantee at least 99% filling precision.
