The most important feature of our compensator/bellow forming machine is its intelligent control system. The coagulation's height, pitch, vertical edge, forming Angle and cutting length of the compensator are controlled accurately by Siemens PLC to ensure the bellows's parameters

The machines of our company are generally divided into 3 gears: DN100-1200/1600mm, DN70-2000mm and DN2000-8000mm.

We provide bellows of different sizes that can be customized individually according to specific requirements, meeting the vast majority of diameters requirements.

And our bellow forming machine's mold installation is simple and easy to change, in order to shorten the production time.

Depending on the size, the molding time of each coagulation is between 1-4 minutes, greatly improved the production's efficiency.

Our machines are powerful enough to form thick wall multi-layer bellows , and suitable for a variety of metal materials, such as stainless steel, Inconel alloy, etc.

Each size only needs one set of mold, because one set of mold can be applied to a variety of bellows, it not only requires simple structure but also costs much less, fundamentally improves the produced bellows's market competitiveness.

In the process of mechanical expansion, various means can be used to reduce friction and scratch from damaging the finished product, so that the bellows would achieve a smooth and perfect surface .From this point of view, mechanical expansion is the most convenient and fast way to form large diameter bellows.
