Our welded titanium pipe tubes are welded using a manual tungsten gas tungsten arc welding (GTAW) method in the atmosphere. Before welding, we remove oil from the groove of the titanium tube and its inner and outer surfaces within 25mm on both sides, and then use austenitic stainless steel wire brushes, reamers and other mechanical methods to remove the oxide film, burrs and surface defects of the welded titanium pipe tube. Our cleaning tools are dedicated and kept clean.
