Inside of MIZAR ASC Series - Double Shaft SHREDDER Uddeholm blades are used. Pieces are cut and screened with knives mounted on the rotor and walls. Pieces come out in the width of the blades with screen. Rotors move independently and movement is provided by electric motor, driven by reducer. In case of any jam, shredder resolve it with rotors turning in opposite directions. After resolving, rotors continue to rotate in the normal direction. If the jam can not be resolved, the machine will sound and stop. There are three models as ASC60, ASC80 and ASC120. According to the material and demanded capacity suitable shredder type will be determined.
