Aluminum alloy profile, the product has high strength, light weight, corrosion resistance, good decoration, long service life, rich color and other advantages. Generally, the surface of a good product will not lose light and color for 20 years.

The following points should be noted when choosing and using aluminum alloy building profiles:

1. Check the delivery certificate of the product and pay attention to the delivery date, specifications, technical conditions and production license number.

2. Carefully check the surface condition of the product, the product should be bright and shiny, the surface should not have obvious scratches, bubbles and other defects.

3. Be sure to pay attention to the wall thickness of the product. The thickness of the door and window material should not be less than 1.0mm.

4. Pay attention to the thickness of the surface coating of the product. Anodized product shall have a film thickness of no less than 10 m, electrophoretic coating shall have a film thickness of no less than 17 m, powder coating shall have a coating thickness of no more than 40-120 m, and fluorocarbon paint coating shall have a secondary coating thickness of no less than 30 m.

5. Users in coastal areas should choose electrophoretic painted profiles, powder sprayed profiles or fluorocarbon sprayed profiles with better corrosion resistance.

6. Brush and other hard objects should not be used as cleaning tools in daily maintenance. Soft cotton yarn and cotton cloth should be selected.

7. Wash with water, detergent and soap, but not with other organic materials.
