Alfalfa silage hydraulic self unloading trailer

Introduction:

This trailer is mainly used for chopped alfalfa, clover, straw, crop stalk, grass, and so on silage collecting and transporting. It adopts 30 tons type single point suspension to fit for unlevel farmland working condition. With the width more than 660mm tyres, let it avoid damaging the roots of alfalfa. The chassis of this trailer is made from high strength Mn steel, assured it can work at the severe working environment.

The unloading system is using large torque hydraulic motor, then through special reducer to drive output shift to get the material unloading together with driving chain. The adjusting system of flow valve and hydraulic balancing valve assured the system synchronous working and loading balance. The tensioning device of driving chain can make the unloading work stable and continuous.

The quick plug connected with the hydraulic power source from the towing tractor, then it can start working. The back door of trailer can be open and close automatically and with self-lock function.

The parking system is composed with folding supporting leg and locking ratchet. The parking operation is easy to be realized. The towing bar has the rotating and buffering device and make sure the stable running.
