Its woody and sweet aroma is believed to build immunity and relieve muscle tension. It may be used for aromatherapy, blended with a carrier oil to make relaxing massage oil or used as bath oil. Do not apply directly on skin, as it is a pure Eucalyptus essential oil, and make cause an allergic reaction. A cold pressed essential oil from Eucalyptus trees grown in the verdant Nilgiri Hills of Southern India, this is an excellent skin and hair treatment when blended with carrier oils. DIRECTIONS TO USE

For a fragrant bath:
Add 4 to 6 drops of oil to your bathtub and soak for 20-30 minutes.

For a relaxing massage:
Warm your favourite carrier oil, add a few drops of the essential oil to it and indulge in a relaxing massage.

As a body oil:
Add a few drops of the essential oil to your favourite body oil and massage your damp skin after a shower.

For aromatherapy:
Use a few drops in a diffuser burner for aromatic use.

Caution:
May leave a residue on the bath floor and become slippery and require caution.
It is advisable to refrain the use of essential oils during pregnancy.
