Product Application

Air Shower(AS) is are specialized antechambers installed between the change room area between clean room and a non-clean room. The product employs high air pressure to clear off dusts from personnel/goods in order to minimize the amount of polluting agents on these subjects before entering the clean room. Air Showers are widely used in various industries such as electronics, chemicals, medicines and pharmaceutics.

Frame material:

Frame material: made of high quality electrostatic powder coated steel, creating a durable, sharp and aesthetical design.Powder coatings contain no solvents and release little or no amount of Volatile Organic Compounds (VOC) into the atmosphere. Thus, there is no longer a need for finishers to buy costly pollution control equipment. Companies can comply more easily and economically with the regulations of the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency

The aluminum door

The aluminum door is made from aluminum profiles thus has a light weight, and a durable and attractive surface.

Adjustable jet nozzles

Adjustable jet nozzles are made from stainless, high endurance, and zinc plated steel, adding more protection against corrosion compared to general steel. High air velocity of between 20-30 meters per second (m/s) ensures sufficient friction to remove polluting particles. These nozzles are manufactured by using optimum quality aluminum as raw materials and advanced technologies at our well-equipped production unit. Robust construction, excellent quality and high durability are the salient features accomplished by our offered nozzles

Air filter:

Air filter: includes a coarse filter and HEPA filter. The coarse filter removes large particles in order to protect and extend the life of the fine filter at its back. The HEPA filter effectively removes 99.99% of airborne particles 0.3 microns (µm) of diameter, creating a clean and safe environment, meeting clean room standards.
