A water chiller is a kind of cooling water equipment that can
provide constant temperature, constant current, and constant
pressure. The return water temperature of the chiller should not
be higher than 40 degrees. The higher the return water
temperature, the greater the damage to the compressor. The
operation of the chiller system is through three interrelated
systems: the refrigerant cycle system, the water cycle system,
and the electrical automatic control system.
Application scope:
In air conditioning systems, chilled water is usually allocated
to heat exchangers or coils in the air handling unit or other
types of terminal equipment to cool in their respective spaces,
and then the chilled water is redistributed back to the condenser
to be cooled.
In industrial applications, chilled water or other liquid cooling
pumps are passed through processes or laboratory equipment.
