I am selling marble and resin block forming systems consisting of an aggregate loading hopper via conveyor belts, and dust accumulation loaded via pneumatic transport.

The mobile hopper discharges the dry mix into the mixer. The aggregates are first mixed dry, then the resins are added. While the resin is being discharged into the aggregates, an initial "binding" mix is ​​performed, then the mixer is placed under vacuum and the final mixing takes place. Once the mix is ​​ready, the mixer discharges the mix into the mold below, which is automatically pressed under vacuum via a roller conveyor. Once out of the press, the block is transported to a "precatalysis" furnace where it hardens.
