Description:
The crushed material granulation production line is suitable for
the granulation of thermal plastics such as PP, ABS, PA, PVC, PE,
and PC. The barrel of the crushing material granulator is made of
45# forged steel inlaid wear-resistant alloy sleeve (or the whole
38CrMoAlA nitrided steel, nitriding treatment), the radial
bearing of the output shaft of the reducer is made of German INA
bearing, and the main shaft is made of special alloy material.
Manufacturing, carburizing treatment, threaded elements are made
of alloy steel, vacuum quenching or nitriding heat treatment, the
heater is heated by cast aluminum or cast copper electric heater,

control instrument, INVT constant torque AC Frequency conversion
governor speed regulation, vacuum exhaust, reduction box with oil
cooling system, cylinder with soft water cooling system,
stainless steel water tank, blow dryer, pelletizer, electrical

The crushed material granulation equipment can also be equipped
with a double-station large-flow plate hydraulic screen changer
and a mobile hydraulic oil station. According to different
materials, different granulation auxiliary machines can be
configured to form different granulation production
lines.
