The LR series high-shear homogenizer was developed by our company based on the emulsion stability theory. This equipment uses the mechanical energy provided by the high shear stator and rotor system to mix one phase into the other.Through the deformation and rupture of the coarse droplets, the coarse droplets are quickly broken into 120nm to 2um micron droplets. The liquid droplets finally complete an uniform emulsification process.
