Main purpose and scope of application

This machine tool is a specialized machine tool used by bearing factories and professional steel ball manufacturers to process steel balls. It is suitable for precision or ultra precision grinding of 3-25mm steel balls after hard grinding. (For steel balls with a diameter of 3 mm to 5 mm, hard grinding can also be performed to replace the hard grinding process.) The accuracy of the steel balls processed by this machine tool can reach G10 to G5 levels.

Performance Brief Introduction

This machine tool adopts eccentric pressure, and through precise calculation, it ensures that the load of the steel ball is uniform between the two grinding plates.

This machine tool adopts a vertical ball feeding tray and a frequency converter with stepless speed regulation, which is stable and reliable. All steel balls are processed in the same number of times between grinding plates during the processing process, ensuring uniform and consistent dimensional and shape accuracy of the batch of steel balls.

The lower spindle drive of this machine tool adopts an AC motor and a frequency converter for stepless speed regulation, allowing the lower grinding plate to have multiple rotational speeds to be selected to meet the requirements of processing different specifications of steel balls and various process parameters, ensuring that the machine tool is always in the best working state. At the same time, the center of the grinding plate can be adjusted to meet the needs of precision grinding of steel balls.

The control box of this machine tool is placed on the left side of the bed, and the control panel is equipped with a lower grinding plate tachometer and a ball guide ring tachometer. The working pressure gauge of the machine tool is displayed through the tonnage gauge in front of the oil cylinder, which is intuitive and convenient.
