This machine tool is a special machine tool for the initial processing of steel balls manufactured by bearing factories and professional steel ball manufacturers. It is suitable for steel ball blanks with a diameter of 3-25mm that have been upset and pressed.

Performance Brief Introduction

This machine tool adopts eccentric compression, and through precise calculation, it ensures that the load of the steel ball is uniform between the two light ball plates.

This machine tool adopts a vertical ball conveying guide ring and stepless speed regulation, so all steel balls undergo similar processing times between plates during the processing process, ensuring uniform and consistent dimensional accuracy of the batch of steel balls.

The speed of the lower ball plate of this machine tool is controlled by frequency conversion and stepless speed regulation to meet the requirements of processing different specifications of steel balls and various process parameters, ensuring that the machine tool is always in the best working state.

This machine tool is equipped with an anti pile ball lever switch at the goal opening, effectively solving the problem of steel balls accumulating at the inlet and outlet.

The speed of the material tray is equipped with a monitoring device, which sends a signal to stop the main machine when there is a transmission fault in the material tray.

The electrical cabinet of this machine tool is independent of the bed body, reducing the impact of vibration on the electrical cabinet during machine operation.
