Main purpose and scope of application

This machine tool is a specialized machine tool used by bearing factories and professional steel ball manufacturers to process steel balls. It is suitable for processing steel ball blanks ranging from 2 to 12.7mm.

Performance Brief Introduction

This machine tool adopts eccentric compression to ensure uniform load of the steel ball between the two light ball plates.

This machine tool adopts a vertical ball conveying guide ring and a frequency converter for stepless speed regulation, which is stable and reliable. All steel balls undergo similar processing times between the smooth ball plates during the processing process, ensuring uniform and consistent dimensional and shape accuracy of the batch of steel balls.

The lower spindle drive of this machine tool adopts an AC motor and a frequency converter for stepless speed regulation, providing a variety of rotational speeds for the lower ball plate to meet the requirements of processing different specifications of steel balls and various process parameters, ensuring that the machine tool is always in the best working state.

The control box of this machine tool is located on the left side of the machine tool, and the control panel is equipped with a lower light ball plate tachometer and a ball guide ring tachometer. The working pressure gauge of the machine tool is displayed through the pressure gauge in front of the oil cylinder, which is intuitive and convenient.
