Performance Brief Introduction

This machine tool adopts a horizontal layout and cyclic processing method. The weight of the main machine bed is about 5000kg, and the layout of internal reinforcing ribs is reasonable to improve strength. The machine tool's impact resistance and deformation resistance are enhanced. The material tray adopts an inclined mode, and the rotation of the material tray adopts AC frequency conversion speed regulation. Add a climbing ramp at the goal opening and score directly from the tangent of the tray. The pressurization method adopts hydraulic drive and an accumulator pressure maintaining device. The spindle adopts variable frequency stepless speed regulation.

The machine tool is equipped with two quenched alloy cast iron smooth ball plates. When the ball billet passes through the concentric arc groove in the ball plate, under a certain pressure, the ring band of the blank is first removed due to extrusion. Secondly, due to the relative rolling of the plate groove and the blank ball, a grinding effect is generated, which gradually achieves a certain geometric accuracy and dimensional tolerance for the ball billet.

Application scope

Suitable for smooth machining of steel ball blanks with a diameter of 5-40mm.
