According to the size of the processing work piece, in order to teach-programming or offline-programming different tracks on different products, the robot can be installed correctly or inversely .The robot´s sixth axis loaded fiber laser cutting head is also able to do the 3D cutting on the irregular processing work piece.

The robot installation structure adopts a fixed gantry-type structure, and the whole steel structure is welded, and the structure is stable and reliable. The robot installation structure requires a stable structure and modular design, which can effectively balance the vibration generated by the robot during operation and ensure the repeatability of the laser head. The top-down inversion robot is installed to maximize the working area of the robot; the robot can be stretched to the maximum extent, and the maximum swing arm function of the robot can be utilized, and the materials loading and unloading area and the working area are opened.
