Function:

PVPE (Pneumatic Valve Packaging Equipment) is designed to fill dry powder, granulated pellets or flaked products into valve bags. The standard type of PVPE is suitable for more than 90% materials,and this equipment can be designed for special needs to satisfy different clients

How is PVPE Air Packer Works:

When P.V.P.E is working, the pressure between the overhead hopper and the fill nozzle is different, so the materials is forced to the valve bag placed at the end of filling nozzle by pressure. It's filling speed is 5 to 6 bags(20 Kg, tile adhesive) per minute(depending on product proportion, product flow characteristics, product granularity, product humidity etc)

Dry powder, well mixed materials or materials with its grain size less than 7mm (not limited to the following materials)
