Question: Why there are no display when loaded 2pcs AA battery?
Answer: Watch out the battery palarity as shown in battery compartment to make sure it is correctly loaded.

Question: Why I pressed the button but there are no any action?
Answer: When this item is in standby status, first press any button only acticate the green backlight.
And then you can activate related function when you continue press buttons.
On other hand, maybe the item is locked,because the child lock will be activated when no operation for 10 minutes
You can check if there are one LOCK symbol in top of LCD.
If yes, please firstly unlock this item by press DOWN button for 3 seconds.

Question: How to switch 12/24hours?
Answer: Please refer user manual and switch it in CLOCK setting

Answer: Please refere user manual and switch it in CLOCK setting

Question: How to switch Heating/Cooling mode?
Answer: Please refer user manual and switch it by press UP button for 3 seconds, it will enter into switching mode.
Then press UP/DOWN button to choose your wanted mode.

Question: Why I preset the program but no any action when programing time is arrived?
Answer: This item can easily activate/deactivate all programs by short press SET button.
When all programs is activated the symbol "P" will display next to the time.
If all program is deactivated the "P" will disappear from LCD display

Question: Can it be wall mounted?
Answer: Yes, it is designed with back hole and you can use suitable screw to hang on it in wall.

Question: How to make a control group?
Answer: One remote thermsotat control can be with many plug in socket, you only need to press the ON/OFF buttons for 3 seconds in plug in socket. And then press the Signal button in remote thermsotat control, it will send pairing code to plug in socket, repeat the steps to add more plug in sockets. But please note, one plug in socket can't be controled by many remote thermsotat control.

Answer: This unit is designed with protection fuse.

Question: How to reset the remote thermostat control?
Answer: Press UP & DOWN button at the same time for 3 seconds, this unit will be reset to factory setting.

Question: What is the Frequency and how about the communication distance?
Answer: This wireless thermostat is designed in 433.92Mhz, and distance is about 20 meters in open land.
With different wall structure and home environment, the real distance is not the same.

Question: I can adjust the TARGET temperature when P1~P8 is not working by UP or DOWN button.
Why I can't adjust the TARGET temperature when P1~P8 is working?
Answer: When P1~P8 program is working, the TARGET temperature is your preset value, so we don't want it to be changed.But when not in P1~P8 time range, then you can change the TARGET temperature as your wish.
