Technology Process:

1. Physical separation:

1). Dismantling machine, which is used to separate the electronic components on the PCB boards.

2). Two-class crusher make the mother board into pieces of 1cm*1cm size, and pulverizing machine are used to get the mixed material powder.

3). The metal and non-metal are separated through gravity separator and electrostatic separation.

4). The whole separation line is in closed processing, no dust pollution produced.

1. Our PCB recycling system adopt the gravity separator together with High voltage

electrostatic separator, which different from the common vibrating separator and

electrostatic separator, larger capacity, high rate of separation, no pollution.

2,Gravity separator improves the purity of separation rate, this step can separate >90% metal powder.
