This is a spring-loaded roller, it consists of a roller assembly.
When the door closed, the spear strike is pushed into the two rollers which open up and then grab the strike, fastening the door in place.
The roller assembly is installed on the side of the cabinet, while the strike plate is installed in the same position on the back of the door, aligning the two components.
The body of the roller assembly has a slotted mounting hole form, for minor adjustments to ensure the spear strike is firmly held by the rollers.
